About the Microarray Facility

Using state-of-the-art Agilent and Illumina DNA microarray system we provide microarry services to Cancer Center members as well as School of Medicine Investigators. In addition to services using commercially available microarrays, we also provide array printing service on glass slides. The facility is run by the director, Stephen Baylin , MD , and Wayne Yu, PhD.

The facility is located on 1503 East Jefferson Street ( Bond Street Plaza, see attached map), Suite 306, Medical Campus, Johns Hopkins University , Baltimore , Maryland 21231 .
