The Microarray Core offers the following array platforms and services to meet your research application needs:

• Agilent 60-mer oligo arrays with duo-color labeling which allows direct comparison of diseased and normal samples for RNA differential expression, DNA copy number alteration, and gene regulation at promoter regions.
• Illumina iScan and BeadChip service provides new array tools to detect genome-scale differential DNA methylation and copy number variation (CNV)/single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) using genotyping assays.
• In-house array printing service offers spotting oligonucleotides, PCR fragments, or DNA clones of user’s selection onto grass slides.

Our services include assistance with your experimental design, RNA or DNA isolation from a variety of biological samples, and preliminary data analysis. We provide these services and more to Cancer Center investigators and the Hopkins research community at reasonable costs and in a timely manner.
