The Microarray Core now offers following array platforms and services to meet your research application needs:

• Agilent 60-mer oligo arrays allow the comparison of paired samples labeled with two different dyes and co-hybridized onto a same array. This method reduces array-to-array variations and reduces per-sample cost of array service.
• Illumina iScan and BeadChip service provides new array tools which include detection of genome-wide DNA methylation, single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and copy number variation (CNV).
• In-house array printing service offers spotting oligo-mers, PCR fragments and cDNA clones of your selection onto grass slides.

Our services include assistance with your experimental design, RNA or DNA isolation from various types of biological samples and with array data analysis. We provide these services and more to Cancer Center investigators and the Hopkins research community at reasonable costs and in a timely manner.
